Train the Trainer
We recognise that you often have internal resources that can deliver sales transformation programmes through training and coaching.
Rather than make our clients reliant on Fruitful Selling for training delivery, we actively encourage the development of your own internal staff as part of a wider sales academy, so that they can teach and facilitate our sales transformation workshops. These people may be part of your dedicated training team or selected sales managers that have a particular interest in training.
We'll support and work in partnership with these people until they feel fully proficient to facilitate the workshops using our exciting and experiential learning materials themselves. We will then provide as much or as little on-going support as is needed. Train the Trainer can be a highly cost effective way of building and developing your very own sales transformation training and coaching team.
In our experience Sales Academies work best when the teaching is done by a combination of both internal and external training teams, each providing specific skills and knowledge.
