Tina has over 15 years experience providing Sales Consultancy, Training & Sales Performance Coaching programmes to National and International organisations.

Since graduating from Manchester University, her career in Sales and Management has included working for global organisations such as DHL and Federal Express. A dynamic and passionate facilitator, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, her energetic and empathetically based style brings out the best in people and delivers superb results.

As an accredited business coach in Emotional Intelligence, SDI &Insights Discovery, she has a proven track record in assessing & developing solutions both on an individual & organisational level to enhance sales performance, develop sales leadership capability and measurably improve sales skills and behaviours for sustainable results.

She has designed and facilitated successful sales programmes for the following global clients: Johnson & Johnson, Honda UK, Smith & Nephew, Pfizer, BSkyB, Trelleborg Group, Airwave Solutions, OMAM, De La Rue, and Fisher & Paykel.

Outside of work, her passion also extends to having fun with her family, exploring new and exciting places, learning to speak French and walking with her dog!
