After a short (and undistinguished!) career as an Army Officer, George read Management Science at Loughborough University.
His commercial experience began with ChevronTexaco where he spent five years in Sales, Sales Management and finally as a Training and Development Consultant. This was followed by five years at Coca-Cola where he achieved a great deal of success in Senior Sales Management, National Account Management and as a National Sales Trainer. During this time he was fortunate enough to be offered a semi-professional contract with rugby team Worcester Warriors and for 5 years was able to combine a sporting and business career.
George then decided to move into Learning and Development full-time and was appointed Director of Training at an international sales recruitment and training consultancy. After two very successful years of both training and managing the business he founded Fruitful. In addition to his degree he has a Marketing Diploma and an Industry Studies Diploma. He is also qualified to use the Myers Briggs Type Instrument and Strength Deployment Inventory.
George has worked with clients in Hong Kong, Australia, USA, South Africa, Slovakia, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and France - and enjoys travel which is a good job really! He works in all sectors including Public, Education, Retail and Industrial.
