Frank Brown


Frank now specialises in Sales Performance Improvement and Leadership Development, and is passionate about the ‘application of learning’ – ensuring that his training and coaching interventions result in sustained behavioural change.  An advocate of experiential training, Frank can be relied upon to bring innovation and inspiration to the training environment.

A graduate of Loughborough University, Frank enjoyed a relatively brief sojourn as a P.E. Teacher prior to a much more extensive career in the IT and Telecommunication fields with Xerox, Toshiba Information Systems and Crane Telecommunications. Executive level positions in Sales & Marketing, Channel Management and Learning & Development were excellent preparation for what was to follow.

Frank is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, has trained extensively in Corporate and Executive Coaching to Advanced Diploma level, and is an NLP, MBTI, and Firo-B Practitioner. 

Among his global clients for sales performance are Samsung, Toshiba, Dyson, Autodesk, British Sugar, Medtronic, and GE Seaco.  On the Management Development side Frank’s client list is equally impressive, and in particular his work multicultural audiences employed by Oracle Corporation in the UK, Dubai, Egypt, France, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa, Kenya, Sweden, Spain and Romania..

Outside work Frank is never very far from his sporting roots and always keen to frighten himself!  After ‘running out of talent’ on his beloved motorcycle, he is now an avid mountain biker and snowboarder, plays the somewhat safer game of tennis, and can be relied upon to share stories of circumnavigating the globe as Watch Leader in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.
